Starting Portsmouth pitcher Trevor Van Allen went six shutout innings allowing only 4 hits and striking out 11. Peyton Goodrich, Kyle Griffin, Max Malila, Jack Reaney, and Dylan Chase all recorded RBI's for the Clippers.
This is the 6th state title for Portsmouth under coach Tim Hopley.
