 It speaks to the depth of good teams in Division III that this is your 8/9 game.  Both teams can flat out shoot it and each will be happy to try and outscore the other.

 Jay Starr’s Mascenic team beats you with execution on offense. Daimon Gibson (18.5) is the best guard in Division III not named Alex and with Brett Stauffeneker & his younger brother Sammy running the wing alongside him Mascenic makes you guard them 24 feet out.

 Campbell scores off of their transition offense and turnovers. The defensive pressure is designed to wear you down and get to your bench, where you find players who will struggle with that pressure. You might break their pressure early but all of the sudden they flip an 8-0 run on you in the third quarter and the defense has done its job.

 Campbell has the athletes to cover Mascenic in space and they’d be smart to pound the ball down low to Harrison Vedrani (14.6). The Vikings are going to struggle with his strength down low.
