In their first match-up against a West Conference contender the (3-0) Exeter Blue Hawks were dominant.  Opening the game with a 7-minute touchdown drive and ending it with their top reserves scoring with 4 minutes to go.

 Senior quarterback Ryan Grijalva was terrific, throwing for 4 touchdown passes including 3 to tight end Nate MacDonald.
