10. MASON FINE DRESSED LIKE A T-REX AND NOW HE’S THE GOAT

We don’t talk about North Texas football a lot (as in, never) but when you’re the UNT QB and you throw for 7 TD’s, you might get a mention. When you do that and THEN you show up at the press conference in a T-Rex costume? You’re a borderline Top 10 hall of famer.

 

9. THIS GUY AT THE FLORIDA STATE GAME

It’s one thing to be disappointed at your team laying an egg against its rival (which got your coach fired the next day). It’s another thing altogether to do it while looking like the afternoon shift at a gentleman’s club had a tragic explosion in your general vicinity. I’ve had a lot of regrettable moments, but scrubbing red glitter off of my physical person for hours after an L isn’t one of them, at least up to this point.

8. UNH FLIPPED THE SCRIPT

Coming off a bye week, the first half for UNH Football couldn’t have gone much worse – the defense looked confused, the offense looked stagnant, a punt was blocked… all 3 phases looked like they were still on a bye.

Then the 2nd half started, and the offense couldn’t miss, with true Frosh Max Brosmer slinging the rock around the yard like a 4 year starter, the D pitched a shut out, and the Cats finished off an impressive 28-20 win over a team that came in ranked #11 in FCS. A road game at #2 James Madison awaits next week, the ‘Cats will be underdogs, but won’t be intimidated.

7. SPAULDING VOLLEYBALL MADE A BLOOPER REEL, AND IT’S FANTASTIC

Spaulding might have lost to Winnacunnet in the D1 Volleyball playoffs this weekend, but they’re the People’s Champs after releasing this blooper reel:

6. STEVEN GUERRETTE CALLED GAME

5 TD’s overall, 4 in the 2nd half, and the capper with 2:12 to go in Bow’s 41-31 win over Souhegan to complete and unbeaten regular season and grab the 1 seed in D2 where they will face… Souhegan! I think the Sabers will key on #35 next week.

5. THE PINKERTON UNDERTAKERS ARE IN

With a 16-7 win over Bedford, The Pinkerton Astros Undertakers are in the playoffs, and get another chance at their rivals in a first-round playoff game. Londonderry will be a favorite in the matchup vs Pinkerton, but you gotta think the Lancers would rather have seen anyone other than Pinkerton

 

4. THE ANNUAL "PATS LOST A REGULAR SEASON GAME, THEY STINK NOW" PANIC

The defense was EXPOSED!

Tom Brady STINKS!!!!

The offensive line is TERRIBLE!!

The Super Bowl IS IN NOVEMBER NOW!!

Take that BS to Felger's show, I live in reality. You play bad in the NFL, you're gonna get smacked. Talk to me in January.
