5 candidates to choose from this week!

Every week we will nominate five candidates for the Buffalo Wild Wings Boys Basketball Player of the Week.

 Voting will go until Wednesday at midnight and the winner will be named on Thursday. 

 Each winner will receive an NHSportspage t-shirt and a Buffalo Wild Wings gift certificate from our longtime partners at Buffalo Wild Wings with locations in Manchester, Nashua, Concord, Rochester, and Newington!

 Week 1 winner: Jake Kidney of Monadnock

 Week 2 winner: Sam Stauffeneker of Mascenic Regional

 This week’s candidates:

 Christian Barr of John Stark: The Generals all-state forward had a huge game in a 63-52 win over Laconia. Scoring 34 points and grabbing 11 rebounds in the victory.

 Ben Seiler of Mascoma: The super-sophomore continued his all-state campaign with 27 points in a win over Berlin.

 Ivan Nyantenji of Nashua South: The Panthers have won two in a row and Nyantenji has been a big reason for the turnaround, scoring 27 points in a 73-54 win over Pinkerton.

 Jared Jesseman of America’s Team: The Lisbon forward had a big night in a comeback win over Profile, scoring 22 points as America beat the Patriots.

 Brett Marelli of Winnacunnet: The Warriors forward is off to a great start this season for Jay McKenna’s team. On Friday night Marelli scored a career-high 30 points in a 66-43 win over Manchester Central.
