The Buffalo Wild Wings Girls Basketball Player of the Week Poll

 Another week down and another week of great performances across the state in girls basketball. 

This week marks our fourth Buffalo Wild Wings Girls Basketball Player of the Week Poll.

 After each week's slate of games, candidates for the award will be posted. Voting will go until Wednesday at midnight and the winner will be named on Thursday. 

 Each winner will receive an NHSportspage t-shirt and a Buffalo Wild Wings gift certificate!  

 Week 1 winner: Brianna Filion of Newmarket and Maurgan McGrath of Hopkinton 

Week 2 winner: Avery Stewart of Fall Mountain 

Week 3 winner: Isabella King of Bedford 

Here are this week's candidates.. 

Samantha Howe of Colebrook: The Mohawks went on the road and picked up a great victory over Newmarket, 55-33. Howe has had a tremendous junior year and helped lead the charge with 24 points in the win over the Mules.  

Destiny Jordan of Manchester Central: The Little Green grabbed their sixth victory of the year with a 70-51 win over Exeter. Jordan has been a consistent force for Central through eight games and scored 22 points in the win over the Blue Hawks. 

Katie Meserve of Hopkinton: Hopkinton went on the road and picked up a hard-fought 47-41 victory over Monadnock. The Hawks needed all they could get Friday night and Meserve was key, scoring 12 points.  

Ami Rivera of Bishop Brady: Brady protected home-court against a young and up-and-coming Bow team, picking up a 61-45 victory last Friday. Rivera not only scored 19 points but also went over 1,000 points for her career. 

Emy Plage of Derryfield: The Cougars picked up a great win at home over Gorham 62-37 on Friday night. Plage showed why she is one of the purest scorers in Division IV netting 21 points in the victory.
