5 candidates to choose from this week!

 Every week we will nominate five candidates for the Buffalo Wild Wings Boys Basketball Player of the Week.

 Voting will go until Wednesday at midnight and the winner will be named on Thursday. 

 Each winner will receive an NHSportspage t-shirt and a Buffalo Wild Wings gift certificate from our longtime partners at Buffalo Wild Wings with locations in Manchester, Nashua, Concord, Rochester, and Newington!

 Week 1 winner: Jake Kidney of Monadnock

 Week 2 winner: Sam Stauffeneker of Mascenic Regional

Week 3 winner: Brett Marelli of Winnacunnet

 

 This week’s candidates:

 Meshack Mugariri of Alvirne: The Broncos guard had a big night on both ends of the floor in a 63-51 win over Windham, scoring 15 points and helping to hold all-state guard Joey DaSilva to 2 points.

 Jack Curtis of White Mountains: The Spartans all-state guard was absolutely terrific in a win over Groveton, scoring 39 points, pulling down 8 rebounds, handing out 4 assists and making 4 steals in the victory.

 Kevin Newton-Delgado of Hopkinton: The player of the year candidate added to his impressive resume with 21 points and 12 rebounds in a 73-52 win over Monadnock.

 Josh Wheelock of Groveton: The all-state forward had 23 points. 18 rebounds and handed out 6 assists in a 58-34 win over defending champion Epping.

 Justin O’Neil of Bedford: The Bulldogs all-state forward scored 24 points as Bedford picked up a big 67-60 road win over Londonderry.
