Another week down and another week of great performances across the state in girls basketball.
This week marks our eighth Buffalo Wild Wings Girls Basketball Player of the Week Poll.
After each week's slate of games, candidates for the award will be posted. Voting will go until Wednesday at midnight and the winner will be named on Thursday.
Each winner will receive an NHSportspage t-shirt and a Buffalo Wild Wings gift certificate!

Jaclyn Peaslee of Farmington: The junior helped the #11 Farmington pull off the upset over #6 Derryfield with 24 points and a shot of the glass to win it as time expired in the first round of the Division IV playoffs. Mary Paradis of Spaulding: The junior continued her all-state campaign with 23 points in a win over rival Oyster River, 59-41.
Maurgan McGrath of Hopkinton: The all-state guard netted 17 points in a 42-26 victory to lock up a top-three seed in Division III.
Theresa Twardosky of Merrimack: We got our first look at Twardosky last Friday and she did not disappoint, scoring 15 points in a huge 51-40 win over Pinkerton and also hit a crazy one-handed halfcourt shot in a game we covered. Check it out here: Merrimack @ Pinkerton
