5 candidates to choose from this week!

 Every week we will nominate five candidates for the Buffalo Wild Wings Boys Basketball Player of the Week.

 Voting will go until Wednesday at midnight and the winner will be named on Thursday. 

 Each winner will receive an NHSportspage t-shirt and a Buffalo Wild Wings gift certificate from our longtime partners at Buffalo Wild Wings with locations in Manchester, Nashua, Concord, Rochester, and Newington!

Week 1 winner: Jake Kidney of Monadnock

Week 2 winner: Sam Stauffeneker of Mascenic Regional

Week 3 winner: Brett Marelli of Winnacunnet

Week 4 winner: Jack Curtis of White Mountains

Week 5 winner: Grant Snyder of Hollis-Brookline

Week 6 winner: Peyton Rivers of Epping

Week 7 winner: Mason Carroll of Bishop Guertin

 

 This week’s candidates:

Liam O’Neil of Alvirne: It’s tough to have a better week than the Broncos power forward did. O’Neil hit the game-winning 3-pointer that handed Exeter their first loss of the season and followed that up with a 22 point performance in a Friday night win over Dover.

Max Byron of Derryfield: The Cougars all-state shooting guard scored his 1,000 career point and led his team to a big win over Portsmouth Christian, scoring 27 points.

Nate Kane of Nashua North: The Titans all-state guard had a monster night against Winnacunnet, hitting 8 3-pointers and scoring 26 points in the victory.

 Keegan Mills of Campbell: The Cougars forward scored 19 points in a huge 47-41 win over defending champion Conant.

 Jon Willeman of Lebanon: The Raiders all-state guard scored 20 points in a big 61-49 win over Pelham on Saturday.
