#2 Newmarket is going back to the championship game after defeating #3 Groveton at Plymouth State College on Monday night. Groveton took control in the first quarter before Newmarket came back to tie the game going into halftime. The Mules locked down on defense in the second half and eventually pulled away from the Eagles. Will Chase had 12 points for Newmarket while teammate Logan Willey had 10. Josh Wheelock had 12 points for Groveton.
