Alex Cheek of Gilford-Belmont: The Golden Eagles all-state quarterback, off to a terrific start this season, was injured early against Kingswood and unable to return to the game.
Jakob Beaupre of Franklin: The leading rusher in Division IV a year ago is off to another outstanding start, leading the Golden Tornadoes in a week 1 win over Newfound with 241 yards and 3 touchdowns.
Margeaux Burnham of Oyster River: Burnham was terrific in a 4-set win over Portsmouth on Saturday, with 6 kills she helped the Bobcats improve to 4-1 on the season.
Liam O'Neil of Alvirne: The 6’4 senior tight end is a big part of the Broncos offense, who square off with Nashua South this week. O'Neil had 5 tackles in a loss to Goffstown last Friday night.
Rachel Vitko of Dover : The Green Wave senior outside hitter is among the Division I leaders in kills this season as Dover has jumped out to 4-0 start in which they have won 12 out of 14 sets.
Tory Vitko of Dover : The Green Wave freshman ranks 5th in sets/assist in Division I for undefeated Dover.
Hollis Jones of Bow: The Falcons sophomore was part of dominate defensive performance in a 55-6 win over John Stark.
Malik Reese of Gilford-Belmont : The senior defensive end is off to an all-state start for the 2-0 Golden Eagles. In a dominating win over Kingswood Reese totaled 5 tackles, 2 solo and 3 sacks against the Knights.
Jalen Reese of Gilford-Belmont : Elevated to Gilford-Belmont’s back-up quarterback after the injury to Cheek, the 6’4 sophomore ran for 31 yards and a touchdown on just 2 carries in the win.
Isaiah Reese of Gilford-Belmont : The Golden Eagles freshman had 3 tackles, forced & recovered a fumble and had an interception in the 53-0 win over Kingswood.
