The Goffstown Grizzlies advanced to the Division 1 State Championship Game thanks to a 27-15 win over Winnacunnet on Saturday. QB Jarrett Henault ran for a pair of 2nd quarter TDs, and hit his brother Jeremy Henault with a 14 yard TD pass to put the Grizzlies up 20-7 on the opening drive of the second half.
Goffstown also got a TD run from Zach Picard to help pave the way to the 2nd D1 title game appearance in school history where they will play Nashua North next Saturday.
