This Week’s Candidates

Sydney Taylor of Exeter: The senior guard poured in 18 points in a 57-32 victory over Winnacunnet to help the Blue Hawks improve to 3-0.

Sara Brown of Lisbon: The Panthers got the upset victory over Division III White Mountains 33-30 and Brown led the charge with 16 points.

Jasmine Becotte of Pelham: The Python freshman has been off to a red-hot start and scored a season-high 20 points in a 61-39 victory over Manchester West.

Regan Despres of Conant: Despres only scored 2 points the entire game, but those two points were the difference-maker in a 48-47 over Hollis-Brookline as the guard hit a game-winning layup with no time remaining.

Caroline Camp of Kearsarge: The junior guard scored a game-high 24 points to propel the Cougars to a 59-28 opening victory over Hillsboro-Deering.

Ava Winterburn of Goffstown: The sophomore forward is the leading scorer in Division I at 20.5 ppg and dropped 23 points in a 59-51 victory over Trinity.
