Week 2 Candidates

Annika Gunderson of Coe-Brown- The Bears are off to a 3-0 start and the sophomore middle blocker has played a big role in the hot start. Last week she tallied 14 kills in two matches and hitting an impressive .444.  She also served 7 aces in the two wins.

Aidyn Stone of Dover- The Green Wave have picked up right where they left off a year ago, with a 3-0 start to the season. Stone has played a big role in the start; in a win over Londonderry she led the team with 30 digs.

Caden Merwin of Portsmouth- The Clippers have won two in a row after dropping their opener at Keene. Merwin has been a key, leading the team with 9 blocks in the victories over Manchester Central & Nashua North.

Katie Sullivan of Gilford- The defending champs have not dropped a set in a 3-0 start and their senior captain has been a big reason why. The Golden Eagles travel to Oyster River and Fall Mountain this week.

Julia Ziadeh of Spaulding- Ziadeh has been a huge presence at the net for the Red Raiders, highlighted by her five solo blocks in a four-set win over Winnacunnet.
