The Pembroke Spartans continue their strong start of the season with yet another marquee win, this time over rival Bow, to improve to 5-1. 

 Defense and physicality was the name of the game, The LaPerle twins certainly caused havoc for Bow, but the Spartans created turnovers of their own as well, with great hustle early on from Kaitlin Arenella. 

 When it came down to free throws, the Spartans knocked them down when it mattered most, with huge contributions offensively from Ciera Hill, Annelise Dexter, and Ashley Stephens.
