Derryfield improved to 6-1 with a dominant victory over Newmarket on Thursday night. 

 Defense turned into offense for Derryfield, causing a lot of Newmarket turnovers throughout the contest. 

 Casie Mosher led Newmarket with a team-high 8 points. 

 Freshmen Elyse Ngenda and Tia Ferdinando led the Cougars with 20 and 19 points apiece.
