Strong second half propels Holy Family to the Final Four

Holy Family is back in the D4 Final Four for a 2nd straight season

The Holy Family Griffins stormed back in the 2nd half to defeat Newmarket 58-49 and advance to the Division 4 Final Four.  Newmarket led by 12 at the half when Colby Bost drained a 3 at the buzzer for a 32-20 lead.  But Holy Family took over in the second half to secure the win.

#6 Griffins end Cinderella run by 14th seeded Newmarket

The Holy Family Academy Griffins rallied back from 14 points down in the 3rd quarter to defeat Newmarket 58-49 and advance to the Division 4 Final Four.  The 14th seeded Mules were looking like they were ready to keep their Cinderella story going when Colby Bost hit a 3 at the halftime buzzer to put Newmarket up 32-20.  But 6th seeded Holy Family took control in the 3rd and 4th quarters to secure the win.
