Concord Christian jumped out to a 22-5 lead over Holy Family and never looked back, earning the school's first championship game appearance since a loss to Groveton in 1999.
All-state forward Brode Frink led a balanced attack with 16 points while Colby Carlile added 11 and Isaac Jarvis 10.
Holy Family was led by 15 points from Yves Mugiraneza.
