Our first girls basketball poll of the season!

“Choose Community” with colleges that support student success and offer far more than you’ve ever imagined. New Hampshire Community Colleges. 

 Every week we will nominate five candidates for the Community College of New Hampshire/Adrenaline Fundraising Football Player of the Week.

 Voting will go until Thursday at 7 am.

 Each winner will receive an Choose Community shirt from CCSNH and a Buffalo Wild Wings gift certificate!

 Winners can take a picture with their shirt surrounded by their teammates, their friends, their parents, their dog, a teacher, a passerby on the street...anyone they want!

 We'll post the picture of the winners and tag everyone in the picture on Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok and Twitter to our 30,000 plus followers.

 The Community College System of New Hampshire is made up of our partners (Manchester Community College, Nashua Community College, White Mountains Community College, Great Bay Community College, NHTI and River Valley Community College) who make our coverage of statewide high school sports possible.

 Our poll is also sponsored by the team at Adrenaline Fundraising has raised money for New Hampshire’s football programs from the high school to youth level for over 20 years.

Week 1 Candidates:

Emma Smith of Exeter: The all-state guard has been on a tear to start the season, dropping 27 points in a 61-56 opening night victory over Londonderry, and scoring 14 points in a 69-53 win over Windham. 

Ella Horsch of Littleton: The freshman guard scored 16 points in a nail-biting 32-31 win over White Mountains. 

Hailey Steinmetz of Pembroke: Steinmetz couldn't have asked for a better start to her varsity career. The freshman forward scored 22 points in a 59-49 win over Merrimack Valley and chipped in 13 points in a 59-26 win over Lebanon.

Ella Misiaszek of Prospect Mountain: Misiazek scored 28 points in a 66-45 win over Winnisquam. 

NyAsia McKelvey of Manchester Memorial: The sophomore forward recorded a double-double in her first varsity game. A 17-point 10-rebound effort helped the Crusaders to a 51-34 win over Nashua South.
