In the second game of the evening we saw Newmarket take on Groveton.

 Groveton immediately went down early to very ready Newmarket. However, that didn’t last long as Groveton gained a lead and held it the entire game.

 There were points where Newmarket started to crawl back but Groveton was ahead of the curb. They ended up advancing and moving on to the championship to meet Colebrook with a final of 34-26
