The 5-seed goes on the road and walks away victorious at Hanover

The 4-5 matchup certainly did not disappoint as Laconia and Hanover battled all night long.

The Sachems took the lead early and held onto that for most of the game as their interior defense led by Mekhia Burton and Renee Bergeron made it difficult for Hanover to get off clean looks.

Macy Swormstedt controlled the pace offensively and helped Laconia control this one throughout.

Nina Marshall was the driving force for the Bears for most of the game until Sydney McLaughlin was able to break loose late to get it within striking distance with minutes to go in the fourth quarter.

Laconia hit their free throws down the stretch and was able to hold on to get back to the semifinals.

Lance Legere brings you all the play-by-play while 'The Franchise' Jennifer Chick-Ruth brings you all the highlights plus an entertaining post-game interview with the champs.
