The Community College System of New Hampshire/Adrenaline Fundraising Softball Player of the Week Poll

“Choose Community” with colleges that support student success and offer far more than you’ve ever imagined. New Hampshire Community Colleges.

 Every week we hope to nominate five candidates for the Community College of New Hampshire/Adrenaline Fundraising Football Player of the Week.

 Voting will go until Thursday at 7 am.

 Each winner will receive an Choose Community shirt from CCSNH and a Buffalo Wild Wings gift certificate!

 Winners can take a picture with their shirt surrounded by their teammates, their friends, their parents, their dog, a teacher, a passerby on the street...anyone they want!

 We'll post the picture of the winners and tag everyone in the picture on Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok and Twitter to our 30,000 plus followers.

 The Community College System of New Hampshire is made up of our partners (Manchester Community College, Nashua Community College, White Mountains Community College, Great Bay Community College, NHTI, and River Valley Community College) who make our coverage of statewide high school sports possible.

 Our poll is also sponsored by the team at Adrenaline Fundraising has raised money for New Hampshire’s football programs from the high school to youth level for over 20 years.

Week 1 Candidates-

Kylyn McLaren of Spaulding-  Last week in three games the senior shortstop was terrific; going eight for nine (for a .889 batting average) with three doubles, three walks, six runs scored, four runs batted in, three stolen bases and ten put outs.

Austyn Kump of Hollis-Brookline- The Cavaliers standout is off to a terrific start. Through five games Kump has totaled eight hits, three home runs (including a grand slam) and nine runs batted in. She also has struck out forty nine of the eighty eight batters she has faced…with opponents batting .074 against her.

Maddie Carmichael of Hopkinton- The senior shortstop was on fire last week. In three games Carmichael was 8-10 with a double, two triples, two home runs, seven runs scored and ten runs batted in for the Hawks.

Ashleigh von der Linden of St Thomas- The Saints earned a pair of wins over Newfound and Somersworth as their senior leader played a major role. In two games Von der Linden was six for seven at the plate with three home runs and ten runs batted in. On the mound she threw a complete game win with nine strikeouts and no runs allowed.

Katalina Davis of Mascenic Regional- Davis was outstanding in a 14-0 win over arch-rival Conant; belting two home runs and pitching a complete game shutout with thirteen strikeouts.
