The Community College System of New Hampshire/Adrenaline Fundraising Player of the Week Poll

Five new candidates for the baseball player of the week!

“Choose Community” with colleges that support student success and offer far more than you’ve ever imagined. New Hampshire Community Colleges.

 Every week we will nominate five candidates for the Community College of New Hampshire/Adrenaline Fundraising Baseball Player of the Week.

 Voting will go until Thursday at 7 am.

 Each winner will receive an Choose Community shirt from CCSNH and a Buffalo Wild Wings gift certificate!

 Winners can take a picture with their shirt surrounded by their teammates, their friends, their parents, their dog, a teacher, a passerby on the street...anyone they want!

 We'll post the picture of the winners and tag everyone in the picture on Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok and Twitter to our 30,000 plus followers.

 The Community College System of New Hampshire is made up of our partners (Manchester Community College, Nashua Community College, White Mountains Community College, Great Bay Community College, NHTI, and River Valley Community College) who make our coverage of statewide high school sports possible.

 Our poll is also sponsored by the team at Adrenaline Fundraising has raised money for New Hampshire’s football programs from the high school to youth level for over 20 years.

 Week 1 winner: Zephan Yoder of Somersworth

 Week 2 winner: Jack Kidwell of Campbell


Week 3 Candidates:

Jaden Mwangi of Timberlane- Mwangi went the distance in a 5-2 win over Manchester Central-West at Gill Stadium.  The 7 inning complete game helped give Timberlane their first win of the season.  Mwangi allowed just 5 hits and struck out 6.

Zach Martin of Derryfield- The Cougars bounced back from their first loss of the season to earn a big 8-4 win over defending champion Sunapee. In the win Martin was 2 for 4 with two doubles, a pair of RBIs and earned the win on the mound, pitching three scoreless innings.

Tommy Flanagan of Coe-Brown- The senior right-hander worked 6.2 innings without giving up an earned run and went 1 for 3 offensively in a 3-2 win over previously unbeaten Plymouth and followed that up with a 2 for 3, 2 RBI performance in a win over Sanborn.

Brady Palmer of Winnisquam- The Bears made their trip to Cooperstown, NY even more memorable when Palmer hit a 2-run walkoff single in the bottom of the 7th inning as Winnisquam came from 3-0 behind in the last of the 7th inning to beat rival Gilford 4-3 at Doubleday Field.

Logan Casey of Alvirne- The Broncos picked up their first win of the season with a 2-1 extra innings victory over Nashua North.  Casey pitched all 8 innings against the Titans giving up just 4 hits with 5 strikeouts.
