Tuesday night featured a championship rematch in Division 3. Gilford & St. Thomas came into the game after multi-goal wins in their debuts. 

 The first significant chance of the game came off the foot of Gilford’s Kendal Heyman, a nice shot inside the box that bounced off the right crossbar. 

 St. Thomas funneled their offense through Maddie Karsonovich. She was able to hit Kate Burrus in stride off a perfectly timed run. Burrus delivered the Saints the go-ahead goal halfway thru the first half.

 That score would stand for the next 59 min, as terrific defense & terrific keeping from Genna Bolduc helped keep the Golden Eagles off the board.

 St. Thomas moves to 2-0 on the season, this being a big statement win to start their campaign.
