The top-seeded Cavaliers were looking to complete a perfect season heading into this contest, but in their way stood the Coe-Brown Bears.

 The Bears would be the aggressors early, scoring a header in the first four minutes from Abbey Franke. 

 That lead would hold until the final minutes of the first half, where Rosalie DeSantis got Hollis-Brookline on the board and tied this game up heading into the break. 

 The Cavaliers would score yet another goal just minutes into the second half, once again off the foot of DeSantis, and that is where the score would stay. 

 HB would hold off Coe-Brown the rest of the game and earned an undefeated season and the Division II title.
