The Blue Devils find a groove in the second half to advance to the quarterfinals

The 5-12 matchup proved to be a good one with the visiting Cardinals throwing the first punch, leading 20-8 after the first quarter.

Thalia Drapeau was the main source of offense early for BG who looked to be in command of this one early.

Lindsay Goetz made herself known on both ends of the court, getting the Blue Devils back into the ball game, only trailing 26-21 at the break.

The second half would be back and forth, but Salem found a way to get key baskets and hit their free throws down the stretch.

The Blue Devils took this contest in the end 55-44 and advance to the quarterfinals where they will face Portsmouth.

Lance Legere brings you all the play-by-play, Manchester Memorial head coach Greg Cotreau provides color commentary, and Patrick Cogan brings you all the highlights and the post-game interview/celebration with the winners.
