The CCSNH/Adrenaline Fundraising Baseball Player of the Week Poll

Five candidates for the player of the week!

“Choose Community” with colleges that support student success and offer far more than you’ve ever imagined. New Hampshire Community Colleges. 

 We will nominate five candidates for the Community College of New Hampshire/Adrenaline Fundraising Boys Baseball Player of the Week every week.

 Voting will go until Thursday at 7 a.m.

 Each winner will receive a Choose Community shirt from CCSNH and a $25 Buffalo Wild Wings gift certificate!

 Winners can take a picture with their shirt surrounded by their teammates and coaches!

 We'll post the picture of the winners and tag everyone in the picture on Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, and Twitter to our 40,000 plus followers.

 The Community College System of New Hampshire is made up of our partners (Manchester Community College, Nashua Community College, White Mountains Community College, Great Bay Community College, and NHTI), who make our coverage of statewide high school sports possible.

 Our poll is also sponsored by the team at Adrenaline Fundraising, which has raised money for New Hampshire’s baseball and softball programs from the high school to youth level for over twenty years.

 Week 1 Winner: Noah Covell of White Mountain Regional

 

 Week 1 Candidates:

Cam Hujsak of Goffstown- The senior 1B/RHP helped lead the Grizzlies to a 3 and 1 week with his bat and right arm.  Hujsak hit 6-13 with 6 RBI on the week with a 3-run homer in a win against Exeter, and on the mound, he pitched a no-hitter with 11 strikeouts against Timberlane.

Peyton Larrabee of Bow—The sophomore right-handed pitcher shut down the explosive St. Thomas Saints offense in a 2-1 complete-game Bow victory last week. St. Thomas scored 84 runs in their five other games so far this season. Larrabee gave up only two hits and one run in 7 innings and struck out 14 St. Thomas hitters.

Lane LeClair of Conant—The Franklin Pierce-bound senior pitched in all three Conant games last week, working 14 innings, earning two wins, and giving up only six hits and three earned runs with 24 strikeouts. LeClair capped off the week with a 16-strikeout complete game win over Stevens on Friday.  

Jack Ferrelli of Newmarket- The Mules all-state first baseman hit THREE home runs in a win over Pittsfield and added another in Monday's win over Wilton Lyndeborough.

Grant Davis of Dover—The Green Wave's number two hitter and right fielder, has been rolling this season, hitting .536. Last week, Davis went 9 for 11 with 5 runs scored and 3 RBI in a 3 and 0 week for Dover.
