A game that began very competitive quickly was opened up as the first half progressed.

 Londonderry started to get hot with a barrage of steals that led to easy buckets. The Lancers started to get everything they wanted on every offensive possession.

 The ball movement allowed for a lot of high-quality looks that were capitalized on. Their intense pressure defensively made every decision BG tried to make ten times harder.

 In the end, Londonderry was able to remain undefeated with an impressive victory on their home floor to begin the new year.
