Both teams entered the night 3-2 and battled back and forth to start the first quarter.

 A near mid-court three from Ella Hartson gave the Broncos some momentum heading to the second quarter, but the Clippers stole it right back, going on a 17-2 run fueled by Maggie Pataki and Bridget Emery and went into halftime leading 27-16.

 Courtney Anderson and Hartson sparked a bit of a comeback in the 4th, but it proved to be too little too late as Portsmouth walked away victorious, 42-33.
