New Hampshire Football Showcase- This year Bedford High School will be hosting the New Hampshire Football Showcase for the state.  The Showcase is on July 23rd from 9am - 1pm.  This Showcase is an instructional setting for athletes to run through individual drills and gain exposure in front of 20 plus different colleges from the New England region.  At this Showcase athletes will be assessed in the following drills:

• 40 yard dash
• Pro-Agility (5-10-5)
• L-Test (3 Cone drill)
• Broad Jump
• Vertical Jump
• Bench Press (Sr. Jr.- 185lb max rep. and So. Fr. 135lb max rep.)
• Offensive and Defensive specific drills
• 7 on 7's for skills and 1 on 1's for line.
