We are at the halfway mark of the New Hampshire High School Football season and as it seems every year in staff picks Pete Tarrier and Dave Haley are locked in a battle for first place. Both of them are tied in first place at a 29-11 (72.5% accuracy on picking the winning team) season to date record. I'm not sure what the reward is for winning staff picks but my vote would be for a trophy that resembles the Gellar Cup (Look it up. You won't be disappointed) from Friends.
We will be covering two big games on Friday night. Dave Haley and I will be traveling to Merrimack as Salem comes into town and looks to remain undefeated.
Pete Tarrier and Jon Kesty will be heading to the western part of the state (my old stomping grounds) for a huge matchup in Division III with Monadnock taking on Inter-Lakes/Moultonborough.
