In a rematch of last years championship game it was Bedford who got their revenge and defeated Exeter 8-4 on Wednesday evening. The Bulldogs got the scoring going in the 3rd inning to take a 4-0 lead capped by a two run bomb by Grant Lavigne. 

Exeter cut into the lead in the bottom of the 5th scoring four runs from back to back homers from Tom Polhemus and Ben Malgeri to make it 6-4. But Exeter could not manufacture any more runs and Bedford took the 8-4 win. Bedford remains undefeated with the win and Exeter drops to 11-2.
