Junior QB Sander Wimmer threw 3 touchdowns, 2 to his twin brother Quentin Wimmer, as the Hollis-Brookline Cavaliers opened the season with a 28-21 victory over the Milford Spartans in Hollis. HB jumped out to an early 13-0 lead before the Milford running game and big, 242 lb RB Junior Ughu started to take over the game in the 2nd quarter. The Spartans rallied to take a 21-13 lead on Ughu's 2nd short TD run of the night with 1:41 left in the 3rd quarter. That's when the Wimmer twins helped rally their team with back to back TD hook-ups to retake the lead. Here's the video highlights of the game and a great postgame interview with the entire Hollis-Brookline team.
