If it wasn't for my Coe-Brown Bears getting me a much needed win last week, I might have withdrawn my name from staff picks. But I'm back and we are back for another edition of staff picks this week.
Speaking of Coe-Brown, Dave Haley and I will be in my former gym tonight to see the Bears welcome in Souhegan. Last season, the Kearsarge Cougars stomped on my heart and then made me take a picture with them after they beat Coe-Brown in MY gym so I'm hoping for some better memories tonight.
And two of our newest members of the NH Sports Page staff, Austin Grass and Lance Legere will be covering Newmarket vs Derryfield in a Division 4 match up. It's pretty exciting to have two guys who were both playing high school basketball just a couple years ago now covering games for us. Look for all of the highlights of both games and a post game interviews with the winning teams on Saturday.
