Exeter trailed for the whole game until the last two minutes when a scoring frenzy in front of a packed house put them ahead and the Blue Hawks finally got their long awaited win over arch rival Winnacunnet. Exeter's Julia Sherwin had 13 points on the night including the go ahead basket to make it 50-49. Teammate Carly Pierce had 11 points including a huge steal and basket that made the crowd go crazy to put the Blue Hawks up 54-49 with under 40 seconds to play. Bryn Stokel was the leading scorer for Winnacunnet with 10 points.
