Hopkinton and Belmont played a tight game throughout until the Hawks were able to pull away late in the fourth quarter to secure a spot in Friday's Division 3 quarterfinals. Kevin Newton-Delgado of Hopkinton was big down low and showed he has some outside game too and finished with 23 points. Teammate Michael Baer hit some big three's in the game and finished with 9 points. Aidan Rupp of Belmont played hard all night and had 13 points in the losing effort. Hopkinton will now face St Thomas on Friday for chance to play at SNHU in the Final Four.
